At Perfect Paw™, we want to get your pet's goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 8–11 business days from the date your order is processed.
Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order processing, courier volumes and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Service
We use Aramex Store-to-Door for our deliveries within South Africa.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available so that you can follow your parcel's progress.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Perfect Paw™ cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Delivery Delays
While we work with our courier partner to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe, Perfect Paw™ is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This may include courier network delays, high delivery volumes, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, road closures, technical issues or other unforeseen events.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
Incorrect or Failed Deliveries
Please make sure someone is available to receive your parcel at the delivery address provided.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, insufficient address information, unsuccessful delivery attempts or circumstances caused by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
